In vanilla skyrim, when you kill someone like a guard, his shield and sword will stay on the ground forever. This esp mod fixes that by telling the game NPCs can't drop their weapons. Don't worry, it doesn't affect looting. This fix is for those who doesn't use the unofficial patch.
