Makes Mead Barrels have more than 1 bottle in them. - Matches the way Honningbrew and Black-Briar fill their barrels now.

I got tired of opening big ol' barrels of mead only to find one stinking bottle inside!
Why have a huge barrel when you're only going to put a single bottle inside?
This mod corrects this by changing the regular mead barrel to match the way Honningbrew and Black-Briar fill their barrels.
Actually I doubled it! You'll see up to 20 bottles in single barrel. Honningbrew and Black-Briar only provide up to 10 bottles.
Added new file to only provide up to 10 bottles - Matching the other meaderies - Still FAR better than the vanilla single bottle!
This fix is now part of the Nexus Skyrim Overhaul by Kelsenellenelvian
