Because it feels really stupid to find a good target, sneak up to them, and find out they're holding 10 septims and a bottle of ale.

A real simple mod that makes citizens (including beggars and children) and guards hold more gold and valuables, mostly jewelry and gems, plus a high chance for a random amulet of the divines for delicious immersions. Richer citizens have more, and beggars have very little.

Only edits leveled lists - should be compatible with everything if you make a bashed patch.

Optional Ballin version pretty much doubles the amount (the images only show the regular version). Useful if you're also using Scarcity, or just want to roll in the dough.
