About this mod
Stops the annoying Argonian reprobate from pestering you to talk to him whenever you happen to be hanging around near the Solitude main entrance.
Sets the Say Once flag on his two repeating lines, so you'll hear them the first time you see him and then never again.

Description
If you have no interest in talking to the Argonian Jaree-Ra (maybe you've already read a certain captain's journal), he keeps pestering you while you're using Beirand's forge or whatever, you can't even kill him as he's essential.
I've set the Say Once flag on his two repeating lines, so you'll hear them the first time you see him and then never again.
Note
After I made this, I saw there was another mod with the same goal on Oldrim Nexus, but it's done a different way (and includes an ITM override of Jaree-Ra too)
