This mod changes the appearance of Runa Fair-Shield into a vampire child, adds a few hidden vampire items in the orphanage (new weapon, book explaining the lore, and blood potion) under a dresser in the first room on the right, and short dialogue with Runa. She is located in the Orphanage at Riften. The updated version requires dawnguard DLC for the blood potion.

Manual Users:Download the file in the files section. Open "Runa Vampire.rar" and extract the esp and folders inside into your Skyrim data folder. Accept all overwrites/changes when prompted. Make sure to enable the mod via load order once you have started up Skyrim SE again. Enjoy!
Mod Manager Users:
Click the download with Nexus Mod Manager button in the files section. Make sure to enable the mod via load order once you have started Skyrim SE up again. Enjoy!
