Riftfalls Manor is a player home east of Ivarstead that looks over Eastmarch. The map marker is already visible.Riftfalls Manor should have everything you need. Alchemy, enchanting, smithing and cooking. And, of course, places to relax and enjoy the view.

UPDATE:I have updated/added a few things to this mod.

1: Moved the key from the troll to the draugr corpse.

2: Added a smelter and armor workbench on top of the tower.

3: Added a small armory to the basement. The key to the armory is to the left of the armory door.

4: Put a fire and chair in the cave just in case you like spending time by a waterfall.

5: Added some safes for storage.

I tried adding mannequins but they were being too buggy. So, as of right now mannequins will not be added.

Right now, only modded followers can enter the house with you. Vanilla followers should show up when you exit the house.

The invisible walls on the patio are part of that particular asset and, right now, I am unable to fix that. If someone with the knowledge to do so would like to help me with it, please contact.

I don't know when/if some of these issues will be fixed because I am currently working on a non Skyrim related project that requires my full attention.
