Scholars Refuge for SE is a mod that I made for Steam. This is a modest home fit for a mage type.It includes 3 separate areas with alchemy, enchanting, a few plots to plant, plenty of storage and mannequins.
Search carefully for there are 2 more rooms than what you see when you first enter.
NOTE!! If you are a vampire the mirror will not work!!
