He said he gives permission to making a different version, I'm assuming porting it over here is okay with him too.

I've tested the non-pauldron version for males, they work perfectly fine. I updated everything via NilfSkope according to a guide posted in the original mod's comments.

Install through a mod manager or by placing the files in the /data directory of your installation folder.
