This simple mod adds a crafter's basement to Breezehome. This is for people who would like to house their adopted children in Breezehome without having to sacrifice the ability to craft potions by exchanging the Alchemist's room for a children's room. Aside from that,  pretty much everything you'll need for smithing and enchanting can be found within this basement. With this mod, Breezehome will be the only house you'll need!

NOTE: IF YOU CURRENTLY HAVE ADOPTED CHILDREN INSIDE BREEZEHOME, MAKE SURE TO MOVE THEM OUT TO A DIFFERENT HOUSE BEFORE INSTALLING THIS MOD. BETTER YET, JUST ADOPT CHILDREN AFTER INSTALLING THIS MOD. OTHERWISE, THE BYOH ADOPTION QUEST WILL LOCK UP THE POSITIONS OF ALL ADOPTION-RELATED OBJECTS INSIDE BREEZEHOME, INCLUDING THE DINING TABLE WHICH WILL END UP BLOCKING THE ENTRANCE.

If you did install this mod after adopting children in Breezehome and are now getting the dining table bug, you can fix this by the following steps:
1) Exit the game, uninstall this mod, then go back into the game
2) Move your children out of Breezehome to some other house of yours. Make sure they've actually moved by following them to the house where you sent them.
3) Save the game somewhere outside Breezehome, then exit thte game.
4) Reinstall this mod, and relaunch the game. If you go back inside Breezehome, you will now find the dining table in its proper place.

Benefits:
- Will allow you access to an Alchemist station even if you've opted to get a children's bedroom.
- Gives you access to smithing and enchanting stations, so that you won't have to go outside and borrow Adrianne's tools, or run all the way to Dragonsreach just to enchant iron daggers.

Immersion Features:
- No need to go through a loading screen, as the basement is in the same cell as the rest of Breezehome.
- The basement will be as bare as the rest of the house without purchasing the matching upgrade from Proventus, so you won't be coming into a previously-abandoned house with a fully-furnished basement. :)
- Did my best to match Breezehome's default aesthetic in order to keep everything immersive by using designs and assets that can be found within the house.
- No over-the-top stuff like 20 glass cases and 30 weapon racks. The rest of the house should still have enough room for a future mod that I'm planning that does just that ;)

Contains:
- an Enchanter's table
- an Alchemy station
- a Smelter
- an Anvil for smithing
- a Grinding stone
- a Workbench
- a Shrine of Akatosh (+25% magic regen, for when you need to transmute a lot of ores)
- a Shrine of Zenithar (better prices from merchants)
- 2  chests next to the Alchemy station
- 2 Strongboxes above the Enchanter's table

Compatibility:
- Should be compatible with any mod, as this is simply a rearrangement of an interior cell.
- Will not be compatible with mods that rearrange the same assets that have been touched in this mod, specifically the dining area. Nothing game-breaking, though.
- Compatible with RLO. No lights have been touched on the ground floor, and there are only 3 lights in the basement, so there should be no conflict with the lights upstairs.
- Compatible with Hearthfire changes to Breezehome.

Feel free to send in suggestions and report any bugs you come across.

This mod will be the first of a series of modular upgrades to Breezehome.
