This is not a tutorial on creating a head mesh for a new race from start to finish. This tutorial assumes that you have a head mesh that is ready-to-go but you're stuck on the .TRI (Facial Animations, FaceGen) part.
This will also work with Oblivion, Fallout 3/New Vegas, Fallout 4
Hopefully, this will improve any and all weirdo race mods or HD Lore-Friendly Head with Boobs. Maybe we'll get to play as Anthro-Dragons and Anthro-Thomas train engines and marry them. (I'm kidding, don't actually do that. But if you are going to do that, well... good job.)
