What is it?
It's a house. Well, kind of. It's underground, and it's in Winterhold. It's someone else's house, really, but they're not using it, and so you can move in if you'd like. There's a small unmarked quest to find the key for it. Look for a note lying out in one of the abandoned houses in Winterhold.
What's it got?
A bed and storage, and also handy access to Winterhold through an abandoned house. No enchanting table or ridiculous stuff like that--though there is an alchemy bench up top. That's vanilla. In fact, the quest builds off of a little vanilla detail--a dead College apprentice. There's a little bit of story to go along with it too, and it's all cool with the lore.

Highlight this stuff for spoilers.
Go to Journeyman's Nook and take the journal and key off of Borvir. Go down the hatch, and read the note on the lectern in Underhearth to complete the quest.
Uninstalling
It's literally one file, I think you can manage this.
Compatibility
Recently updated to deal with Arthmoor's Cutting Room Floor disabling Borvir until you get the relevant quest. Now you can find his key outside of his body instead of on the inside!
