You may need use console command "showracemenu" to adjust your character after installing this mod.
A better femalehead.nif replace the vanilla one.
It' s a good choice before RaceMenu or Enhanced Character Edit released, I think.
Fair Skin Complexion by HHaleyy is highly recommended.

-----installation-----
Use NMM.Or extract the archive and put all the things into "Skyrim Special Edition\Data". 

-----Uninstall-----
Use NMM.
Or Delete:  
   Skyrim Special Edition\Data\meshes\actors\character\character assets\femalehead.nif
   Skyrim Special Edition\Data\meshes\actors\character\character assets\eyesfemale.nif
   Skyrim Special Edition\Data\meshes\actors\character\character assets\faceparts\femalebrows.nif


The armor in the picture is from "Legendary Armors - Bikini SSE Beta" by cp44.
The hairstyle is from SG hair pack 268 version.
The head mesh is exported by Racemenu in Skyrim.
