This is a MUST HAVE for enchanters. The file was uploaded by Progman in 2012 and I use it extensively in Skyrim. It allows you to use any armor enchantment on any article of clothing or armor (example, enhance archery on a breastplate which vanilla you can't), also allows all weapon enchantments to be applied to any weapon NO RESTRICTIONS other than do you have "Extra Effect" or not. I have installed from this file using Nexus Mod Manager for Skyrim SE and tested it. The original creator/uploader to Nexus Skyrim (Progman) does not have an account here anymore and the file no longer exists on Nexus Skyrim, so I uploaded it here for all. Works great in Skyrim SE! ......
