Bethesda did it again making a game with no convenient way to buy arrows. (I will update this info in a few days I added more Npcs and I have 2 post where they are at...)

They Sell:
Potions: 25 pots per stack. Health pots, Mana pots, stealth pots & stamina pots
All Arrows & Bolts in the game: 1,000 per stack.
Lock picks: 200.
