Adds Bury/Exhume skeletons to the Bone Collector perk from the Ordinator mod.

Adds Bury/Exhume skeletons to the Bone Collector perk from the Ordinator mod, which allows you to hide your huge army of skeletons that get in the way of everyone. Once you get the Bone Collector perk, the spell will show up in your spell list. The spell will be removed when you respec.
I haven't tested this very much. Made it for a friend. Seems to work fine.
Warning:
the reason it was removed was because with the power you were more likely to run into a vanilla game bug where quest npcs would randomly disappear and reappear without warning from your game. he removed it temporarily until a fix was found (which i don't think one ever was.)
