Adds a less powerful version of the Bound Bow to the game (in the player's inventory and three locations in the game).

This is my first mod of this kind, be patience please.
I like to play as Arcane Archer (using a Bound Bow), but starting a new game without my beloved Bound Bow was looking strange to me.
It's a spell, they can't remove it from your inventory.
This is why i created this small mod that simply add a spell tome to learn my custom spell Lesser Bound Bow.
V1.4 Same as the previous version but converted to ESL format.
V1.3 I removed the 2 Spell Tomes from Helgen Keep and the one from the Abandoned Prison.
Now the Spell Tome: Lesser Bound Bow will be added (silently) directly to the player's inventory the only first time you load the game with the mod installed.

Falkreath Watchtower
Winterhold, the stairs that leads to the bridge
Whiterun, somewhere between Jorrvaskr , Dragonsreach and the statue of Talos)
Lesser Bound Bow
(V1.2 Increased the damage and the duration, now can be upgraded with the perk)
Basic version: 23 damage
With Mystic Binding perk: 30 damage
Duration: 120sec.
I created the Lesser Bound Bow like this to feel the need to replace it with the regular version of the Bound Bow.
