The new hooded variant does not use the head slot, only slot 45. This means it can be worn over helmets and Hair without removing them.

This is a simple mod that adds a Skaal coat that you can wear over your existing armor.
The coat can be crafted at the tanning rack for 5 leather and 3 leather strips.
It is available for both men and women.
The Coat uses slot 45.
If there are any problems, please let me know.
The coat is probably going to clip with a lot of bulky armors, but it fits pretty good with most of the apparel I tried.
The arms of the coat don't appear in first person.
