Seaside Cottage is exactly what it sounds like - a small player home by the Sea of Ghosts, complete with all the amenities in a cozy, coastal package. Have a rest, improve your equipment, or sit on the porch and enjoy the view!

Seaside Cottage is exactly what it sounds like - a small player home by the Sea of Ghosts, complete with all the amenities in a cozy, coastal package. Have a rest, improve your equipment, or sit on the porch and enjoy the view!
Includes a bed, a cooking pot, smithing stations, an alchemy lab, and an enchanting table along with tons of storage, bookshelves, and display racks. There are also some potted plants and mushrooms by the alchemy lab which respawn after about 3 in-game days.
There isn't any new lore associated with it, but it is lore-friendly and is not going to provide any more advantage in terms of items than any other base-game home.
The crafting rooms are behind a locked door. If you don't want to find it yourself, the key is
NOTE: There is a minor issue with navmeshing outside the cottage. Companions may have trouble finding a way off the porch when heading south from the house. I tried for hours to correct it, and it functions alright, but I figured that most people would be fast traveling from the front porch so it shouldn't be too much of a hassle when playing. If you experience any major bugs with it, please let me know and I'll see what I can do. Thank you for understanding!
