Makes the Blades Sword and Bolar's Oathblade actually make sense

Dragonhunter Blades
I didn't think it made any sense for the Blades gear to not add any real help against fighting Dragons other than the Dragonbane (it's not like it was only one dude waving that katana around chopping dragon's heads). Also thought it would make a lot more sense for the guy who gave his life to protect his blade against the Thalmor to have that blade actually hurt the Thalmor.
This is a simple patch that adds lore-friendly utility to the Blades Sword and Bolar's Oathblade
Blades Sword:
10 extra points of damage to dragons
Bolar's Oathblade:
25 extra points of damage to dragons, 10 extra points of damage to High Elves
