Lairs, hideout and homes. For a lone thief/assassin, with basics: beds, crafting, containers.... A complement to the Deadly Shadow mods.
Abandonned, those homes or resting places are near cities.

Need a restful place to plan your heist? not too far of a city? Here is a small and growing collection of "player home" made to complement my "Deadly Shadows" serie.
Contain for now:
Map markers to easily discover those place (if you use the map)
IMPORTANT !!!
The following mods are not compatible and must be uninstalled: DS Solitude Shack, and DS Hunter Cabin in the Reach, take all your stuff from the containers before uninstalling. After that, install DS Lair. You need to re-discover those place to activate fast travel.
Troubleshoot:
To use the workbench in Frostgrave, the planks used to hide the thing mask the activator too. So point the vice on the right to use it.

Contain for now:
- A "shack" near Solitude. With luxurious bathroom, kitchen and alchemy place, full blacksmith, and a wonderful bedroom (with bath too).
- A refuge on a fallen tree near Markarth. Bed and kitchen. Hunt the forsworn from your bed!!!
- A huge empty place above Windhelm, called Frostgrave. Balcony with a million septim view! Kitchen, bed, alchemy and enchanting lab, basic blacksmith (anvil, sharpening wheel and workbench). Big and empty place.
- "Mortepierre", dead town in a cave, loosely based on the French city of "Rocamadour". Contain a resting place, a kitchen place with mill, a complete blacksmith, an alchemy place and a destroyed house for enchanters. Houses here are only for ambiance purpose. Can be found near a waterfall, down Ivarstead (but beware of the troll). A house is now available.
- A fisher's shack near Riften, with a bed.
- A small refuge, north west of Ivarstead, on the mountain side. Nice view on the water falls. Cooking, bed, alchemy.
