A redecoration of Hjerim to make it brighter, warmer, and more inviting

Permissions and credits
"Dunmerized" Hjerim

A redecoration of Hjerim to make it brighter, warmer, and more inviting. With bright reds and golds and Morrowind-styled pottery and decor, this house is meant to suit a dunmer Dovahkiin that joined the Stormcloaks or isn't as interested in a house as large and oddly laid out as Proudspire Manor but doesn't want a large castle home. There are dunmeri beverages, items from the Dragonborn dlc, and shrines to the Reclamations in the secret room. There is a lot of detail without straying too far from Hjerim's original look, and the layout is still very similar, but with more uniform and matching furniture but far less cold in look.

Features

  • Hearthfire Oven!
  • Removed animal heads and taxidermy and added Dunmer-themed clutter
  • Extra follower beds
  • Revamped secret room to Temple room.
  • Shrine to Azura! To Azura! To Azura!
  • (Also includes shrines to Boethiah and Mephala)
  • Bedroom fireplace to keep warm (for all those cold nights with Teldryn ;) )

Notes on Textures:

To get your house looking like my screenshots, I am using Noble Skyrim, Rugnarok, and Detailed Rugs for the round rugs and the Hall of the Dead rug. The HotD rug itself may look strange if you are only using Rugnarok since it changes the mesh of the rug. I've used the texture for the chairs from the Orient Set.

Special Thanks:

Undriel for helping me look into an issue during testing!
