UPDATE!!! THANK's to LeanWolf I have been advised that this mod should not be required for any ENBS above the 0.330 version.
So it was driving me NUTS to rename the d3d11.dll every ... bloody ... time I was starting the CK. Considering I do that about 20-200 times a modding session. And I was loosing my f****** mind. So I decided to make a fix.
This bat file automatically renames the d3d11.dll file to d3d11sk.dll for 30 seconds and then reverts back to normal automaticaly.
Can be also used with mod manager and other tools.
Install for NMM and manual install:

Thanx to LeanWolf for making me aware that this issue has been solved with the newer enb bineries.

Download and unpack the D13CKENBDisable.zip into your Skyrim installation folder.
From here you just need to run the D13CKENBDisabler.bat

Download and unpack the D13CKENBDisable.zip into your Skyrim instalation folder.
Run the MO2.
Scroll down in MO2 RUN drop down menu and select CK.
Create a shortcut to desktop.
Go to desktop -> right click on the CK shortcut -> Properties -> Select Shortcut tab -> copy the target line.
Go to Skyrim/Skyrim SE instalation folder and right click on the D13CKENBDisabler.bat choose edit.
Highlight the the "TARGET" line -> overite/paste -> save.
The line should look similar-ish Start
