This is a patch for Open Cities Skyrim and Enhanced Lights and FX that fixes the lighting issues in Whiterun when using the "Exteriors" option of ELFX. As far as I know, this is the only conflict between the two mods. Let me know if you are aware of anything I may have missed. See the images for a reference.
