The Scarlett is a large buildable ship mod with over 200 build options to choose from, featuring two small quests and a new unique
location. The ship also features a fast travel system along with a
secondary travel system for the row boats on board the ship to locations
on the various rivers in Skyrim. The Ship includes plenty of Safe
Storage, Armor Mannequins, Displays for Dragon Priest Masks, Claws,
Black Books, Paragons, Weapon Racks, Display Cases, Indoor Smithing
Area. Plenty of room for Followers.

Main Quest: "The Scarlett"
To begin the quest and obtain the ship, go to the East Empire Company at the Solitude Dock area (see picture),
and read the note on the counter to begin the quest. After reading the note you will be sent to Lostport Cavern
to retrieve the ship and clear the area of the pirates.

Second Quest: "Lostport's Return"
To begin the quest of rebuilding Lostport, after optaining the ship and completing "The Scarlett",
enter the ship and read the book above the Main Deck Workbench titled "Lostport Cavern". You will be directed to a workbench
in Lostport Cavern that will allow you to purchase the following renovation style options:
Blacksmith Shop - Adds a Blacksmith Shop and Blacksmith
Trader Shop - Adds a Trader Shop and Merchant
Stash House - Adds a two story house with extra storage, weapon plaques and mannequin
Tavern - Adds a small bar area for NPCs to gather and drink

Renovating the various buildings and hiring merchants will let you collect income from Lostport Cavern through the
various chests in the shops or by the income strongboxes above the Main Deck Workbench on The Scarlett..
Tavern - 95 Gold every 48 hours
Trader - 90 Gold every 48 Hours
Blacksmith Shop - 75 Gold every 48 Hours
Alchemy Shop - 55 Gold every 48 Hours
NOTE: A larger than normal amount may accumulate when first renovating the
buildings or building The Scarlett because the build system passes in
game hours.

Ship Travel System:
The following locations are available by activating the exterior Ship Wheel or the ship model in the interior Study area:
Dawnstar, Windhelm, Winterhold, Solitude, Solstheim and Lostport Cavern

NOTE: For realism, the ship will be anchored out away from the shore in some
locations and you will be placed at the dock/shore area after fast
traveling, there is a rowboat available in these locations to travel
between the shore and the anchored ship or you can swim to the ship and
board via the porthole.

River Travel System:

There is a seperate travel system on board the ship that lets you travel to various cities that lack the
large waterways needed for the ship but are fine for rowboat travel. The available locations are:

Other Notes/Tips:
Building items too fast and not allowing the screen to fade to black after each
item is built can cause items to sometimes not appear.
Some activators may not work once they're built, simply exit the ship then re-enter for the cell to refresh.
The Hireable Deckhands may sometimes get lost and need time to show up at
the exterior of the ship when traveling with the Ship Travel system,
simply travel during the evening or night while they are in the interior
of the ship or enter the ship and wait a few in game hours for them to
re-appear.
