This mod is a minimal tweak to Dragonrend that prolongs the shout's "Prevent flying" effect and readjusts the stagger magnitude at lower levels.

In vanilla, sometimes dragons take so long to land, the effect wears off so they don't land at all, or just as they land so they immediately start flying again.

This mod's purpose is to mitigate that problem by keeping dragons rended longer, so even if they take their sweet time, they stay grounded for a useful duration.

Stagger magnitudes have been changed to discourage stun locking and make the upper levels more desirable to use.

Shout level 1 has a stagger magnitude of 25 + 25, preventing flying for 15 seconds.
Shout level 2 has a stagger magnitude of 50 + 50, preventing flying for 45 seconds.
Shout level 3 has a stagger magnitude of 100 + 50, preventing flying for 2 minutes 15 seconds.

Recharge times for each level remain vanilla.

If another mod edits the Dragonrend spell (VoiceDragonrend1, VoiceDragonrend2 and/or VoiceDragonrend3), there will be a conflict.
