Since Skyrim is at war, Skugal (Nord) and Dinmir (Dunmer)
decided to travel there and offer items native to island of Solstheim.
After arrival they came to Whiterun and made a deal with Belethor.
Belethor offered them to use his shop for small fee.
That's where you can find them selling their goods.
Skugal is selling Skaal related items,
and Dinmir is selling everything related to Dunmer culture.
(food, ingredients, materials, armors, weapons, clothes and spells)
None of the perks from speechcraft tree will work on them,
these items are exotic and should keep original price.
They will restock their goods every 3 - 4 in game days.
They have quite a bit of gold and will buy anything you sell.
I believe I gave them every item available on Solstheim if I forgot something please let me know.
