This places a cozy small Inn at a crossroads at the edge of the Tundra were the road from Whiterun to Markarth crosses the road from lake Ilinalta to Rorikstead. Offers room rental, food and drink and followers for hire.

There is now a cozy small Inn at the edge of the Tundra, where the road climbs to lake Ilinalta and another dives into the Reach. A Dunmer Sister and Brother have set up shop here and offer food and lodging and both are looking for a spouse that could share the private quarters of the Inn.
FEATURES:
A fully working small Inn with lodging and food offered by the Innkeeper Vorathyn Doraal, and a general store run by his sister Nalayra Doraal.
Two available followers that hang out at the public room of the Inn, Tarin Duskwood a Bosmer, and Signe Swiftblade a Nord.
The Inn is divided into a public and private space inside, and after marriage to either the brother or sister the player can live there as well and all containers become usable to the player. Both followers can also be married but are not associated with the Inn, so no living space comes with marriage to either.
The inside has a cooking hearth, a baking oven, alchemy and enchanting stations and one healing shrine.
There is a bathing chamber in a small tower.
Outside is a tanning rack, a workbench, a wood chopping block and at the stable is a smithy with anvil and sharpening wheel.
I felt that a smelter was not appropriate for the setting.
There is a small fenced in garden behind the stable and a herb garden around the house, a well and a campfire with some pick-nick tables, a beehive, a cow and some chickens.
A Stable large enough to ride your mount into and lock up for the night.
The Inn features many custom meshes and textures like the colored stone floor and the bar cabinet which serves also as a room divider, custom containers and windows; it is fully navmeshed (Kursan) and the exterior navmesh was redone to the new layout (Refurbmadness).
INSTALLING:
Download and install with your preferred mod manager, or manually place the esp and BSA files in your data folder and make sure the esp is checked in your load order. Run LOOT if you like but load order should not matter.
Important! While the NPCs' head meshes, hair, and eyes will all stay the same as in the screenshots, their appearances will vary depending on whatever skin or body mods you have installed on your personal setup.

COMPATIBILITY: Note some mods compatibility is pending SKSE working with SSE! Also be aware that adding several mods in one tightly packed area will probably cause frame rate drop.
This mod is complimentary to my other Tavern mod "Friendlier Taverns with Baths and Barns"
This mod works with "Touring carriages" and it apparently places a carriage stop just outside the Inn. HOWEVER; TC does not work with Bathing in Skyrim and a score of other scripted mods, choose wisely...
Works very nicely with "Tamriel Reloaded Trees" by 32cm, (see screenshots)

Reported to work with "Gavrostead" located right across from the Crossroads Inn
Can apparently work with "Inns and Taverns" but not recommended as it would add a third Inn at the crossroads.
Reported to work with "Man those Borders".
Any mod that alters the same cell location even if it is not on the exact same spot in that cell is not compatible.
PERMISSIONS:
Basically ask first if you want to use any of the custom models by Refurbmadness, or wish to translate to another language etc. Be sure to contact the authors listed for any NPC related custom work.
