I Liked how the dark brotherhood had the worn shrouded set, the unenchanted but enchantable shrouded set so you can put your own twist on the armor yourself, so I decided to make one of the standard thieves guild armor. It can be found inside the vault of the cistern kind of strewn about, but not hidden or anything. Enjoy!
