About this mod
RiverSplit Farmhouse is a small player home located just north of the stone bridge from Riverwood to Whiterun. The house sits inside the river, and contains every crafting station, three NPCs (three merchants and trainers, two follwers and spouses) and several imbalanced items around the house/area. I hope you enjoy! This is a port of my SLE mod
- Permissions and credits
RSFH contains every crafting station, lots of high levelled items and gear, and three NPCs for your convenience.
Byl is an alchemist trainer and merchant, and sells ingredients to craft the most valuable potion in game by default.
Jyl is an enchantress and lightning mage, will vend and train enchanting, and can be a mage follower, and a spouse.
Phyl is a smithing merchant, one handed trainer, and can be a light armour 1h/shield follower, and a spouse.
In the basement you can find an alchemy and enchanting lab, lots of rare ingredients, a boatload of filled soul gems, a bookcase which will hold 36 books, and the bedroom of the lovely ladies mentioned above.
Upstairs is a double bed for the player, a table with lots of food (should be compatible with RND), a display case and weapon plaque, and a smaller table with lots of gold, scrolls and a glass dagger.
Outside you can find a forge on the porch of the house, a smelter, chopping block, grindstone, and armorer's table as well as loads of harvestable alchemy ingredients. On the grindstone and armorer's table can be found a glass sword and helmet, respectively. Near the forge on the porch is a chest with 25 Refined Malachite, Moonstone, leather, and strips. Everywhere inside and around the house are containers which will spawn loot and are also safe for storage. The safe containers (all, I think) are marked with a Container Note mentioning that the container will not respawn.
