To get the helmet and the sword you need to go at the Throat Of The World at the biggest peak (where is the notched pickaxe)

To install manually :

-Add the .rar file to the nexus mod manager
-If he is in the unassigned folder just drag it to the weapons and armour folder 
-Install the mod
-Enjoy !
