This Mod has been reported to be very good for furnishing homes.

If you want to use a Decorating tool for SE,
Use HCAD (see limk below) and manually download it.
[It was never attached to SKSE or SKUI.]
Then use this to extract the BSA files:

Here's the way to make it work:
Extracting BSAs - Choose source BSA at the top (browse to it)
Choose destination at the bottom (browse to a folder and click "Use folder" <- It will be extracted here)
Then click "Unpack
1. Download old Skyrim Mod (HCAD)
2. If the mod had a BSA file extract the files into a temp folder (It Does.)
                       3. make sure the loose files and the ESP file are in the same temp folder (After you have
extracted the loose files, move the ESP file in the Temp Folder, then create a 7z file.)
4. Install the mod (Use the Add Mod to File Tab in NNM.)

I played with it a little. It's unwieldy but you can get furniture inside your homes and move them.
Also there maybe some lag time when you cast the stop move spell. Be patient it will flicker and
stop eventually.

Miriam's Way is a Farmhouse on the way to Solitude ready for move-in. It has no furnishings but you can make it your own.
You might think you have no use for this and you may well be right. But, if you are the kind of player who can't get
enough of customization and decorating, if you use mods like "Jaxonz's Positioner" or "Home Construction and Decoration",
or if you just like empty houses, you must consider this mod.  I made these mods for myself because I was tired of overdecorated mansions,
as well as trying to redo the only farmhouse anyone can think
of to make (you know the one), and absolutely nothing for the free-thinking player without having to remove everything in the house
via the console.These houses are not unique except for the fact that the furniture has been removed.

INSTALLATION:
 Just download, activate the esp.,and enjoy!
