An update of my old mod Twiggs for Skyrim Special Edition. 

Twiggs is a  Spriggan follower, and can be found at the Riverwood sawmill,  talk to her to get her to follow you.
Her hight is 84% of normal spriggan height that makes her about the same as the average Nord.
