   Obviously it's up to taste, but that Dremora just looks kinda boring. Would be nice if you went for Morrowind's heavily tattooed look.
   Should roughen up those normals a bit too, no Dremora should be cursed with a face as smooth as a baby's bottom.

      I agree with you about the normal maps (and I am planning on swapping those too, still using the textures from the old Skyrim version), but I actually want to move away from the heavy tattoos as it obscures the faces too much and I'm taking inspiration from ESO Dremora, which look more like the above. Ranked Dremora (Churl - Valkynaz) will have shaved heads and no tattoos, boss level Dremora will get some unique hairs and tattoos.

      I really like the horns on the chin from those ESO Dremora, it'd be awesome if you could find a way to include them.

   I guess the mod can't be called Coldharbour anymore, right?
