Skyrim Special Edition

Before using a compatibility patch, make sure it supports the latest version of this mod. Using an outdated compatibility patch may cause issues.

Known compatibility list

  • Acquisitive Soul Gems: Compatibility patch available on the Acquisitive Soul Gems page (classic).
  • Acquisitive Soul Gems Multithreaded: Compatible.
  • ASIS: Some assembly required. Use the ASIS Improved INI Files (classic) to enable ASIS to support many popular mods including Apocalypse. To prevent ASIS Increased Spawns from creating duplicates of illusory phantoms, follow these instructions.
  • Better Spell Learning: Compatibility patch available on the Better Spell Learning page (classic/SSE).
  • Elemental Destruction Magic: Compatible.
  • Enderal: Third party compatibility patch available (classic).
  • Forgotten Magic: Compatible.
  • Immersive Movement: Mostly compatible. Immersive Movement contains a bug that makes custom mounts such as Conjure Kyrkrim unable to steer.
  • Lost Grimoire: Compatible.
  • Midas Magic: Compatible.
  • Odin - Skyrim Magic Overhaul: Compatible.
  • Ordinator - Perks of Skyrim: Compatibility patch available on the downloads page.
  • Path of Sorcery: Third party compatibility patch available (classic/SSE). Warning: At the time of writing (2017-01-19), the compatibility patch available on the classic Path of Sorcery page itself is significantly outdated and may cause issues when used with the latest version of Apocalypse.
  • Perkus Maximus (PerMa): Compatibility patch available on the downloads page. Patchus Maximus (PaMa): Add Apocalypse to the PaMa block list. Apocalypse distributes its own tomes, scrolls and staves, and PaMa will add duplicates unless it is prevented from doing so. Defluffer: If you are using the PerMa Defluffer, get this patch as well.
  • Phenderix Magic Evolved: Compatible.
  • Requiem: Compatibility patch available on the downloads page. Spell availability: The compatibility patch removes certain spells that do not fit Requiem or are redundant (Detonate Lock, Ocato's Recital, Dispel Magic).
  • Skyrim Redone (SkyRe): Compatibility patch available on the downloads page. Reproccer: Add Apocalypse to the SkyRe Reproccer block list to prevent it from modifying armors worn by summoned creatures. Illusion: For reasons of balance (making Illusion specialists viable), Illusion spells that do not affect NPC AI ignore the Illusion spell immunity feature on SkyRe's charm spells.
  • Smart Souls: Compatible.
  • Spell Research: Third party compatibility patch available (SSE).
  • SPERG: Compatibility patch available on the downloads page.
  • The Soul Saver: Compatibility patch available on the Soul Saver page (classic).
  • Valravn - Integrated Combat of Skyrim: Compatible.
  • Vigor - Combat & Injuries: Third party compatibility patch available (classic).
  • Vokrii - Minimalistic Perks of Skyrim: Compatibility patch available on the downloads page.
  • Wildcat - Combat of Skyrim: Compatible.

Compatibility with other mods

  • Apocalypse is compatible with (correctly implemented) spell scaling mods.
  • Apocalypse is compatible with other spell packs.
  • Apocalypse is compatible with mods that add items or other spells to spell vendors.

[size=4]Does Apocalypse conflict with other mods that modify levelled lists? Should I make a bashed patch?

No. Apocalypse does not directly modify any levelled lists but uses a script that adds the new tomes, scrolls and staves to the corresponding levelled lists at runtime. It is therefore compatible with any other mods that modify levelled lists. It is not necessary to merge changes with other mods that modify levelled lists.
