He improved the dragons by:
*Used Ambient occlusion to give the dragons more depth.
*Made cavity to give the textures even more depth, Now the diffuse and the normalmap cooperates better.
*New 2K eye texture downscaled for maximum detail.
*Eye reflects everything in the environment making the dragon look as realistic as possible.
*In vanilla skyrim, the dragon wings actually had scales on them but they were never visible because of bad texture, this mod gives you High quality wings.
*HQ teeth texture.
