Fixes the value set when equipping or recharging a weapon with a soul gem to allow full recharge by other effects.

This mod adds a simple Lua console to the game. Working in the game's Lua environment, it has full access to the scripting engine and can be utilized for various needs.

Fixes a bug with speechcraft experience gains from bartering that do not account for the amount of items bought/sold at once. Now it will properly give experience for the whole stack.
