Skyrim Mod Maker - Nightasy\'s Tutorials

The Nexus mod author Nightasy has created a helpful series of videos showing us how to make custom armor for Skyrim. His videos are comprehensive and easy to follow requiring very little 3D modelling experience. Check them out here on Nexus or on his YouTube page.

These tutorials have been extremely helpful for me. Thanks to Gopher for helping me find the tutorials and of course, thank you Nightasy for creating them in the first place!

The Nightasy Skyrim tutorial series now has a new home on Brain Poof. The site and videos should load through any browser.

Can someone clarify something for me please?

    1-
What's the workflow to export a save game character/protagonist into a modeling tool, modify the mesh, and import back?

    2-
What's the workflow to adjust an existing animation?

I'd be very thankful for a short answer so I can better find appropriate threads on the forums. Thank you.

Great find, Gopher! For those of you trying to use Firefox to connect and download...it will error-out. Use IE instead. Yes there are still sites that have not joined the 21st century and still use the archaic and cutesy-pie Internet Explorer, LOL. I am downloading now as I post. (Took about 45 minutes to download) Autodesk gives you a password and everything. Rendering will give a "watermark", so of course, it is not suitable for professional work, but if you are a professional you'll buy the dang thing, right? The latest version is 2013. This is a wonderful way to learn a studio-level 3D program and to edit those pesky .nif files! I hope to eventually have my own armors for Skyrim
    Thanks
