    I have a problem and hopefully u can help.. I finished all the quests in winterhold collage and became archmage..but it won't let me in the fron door any more.. is there a consule command i can use to get in there...also I have reloaded the game to no effect...thanks

    I got a very annoying bug, some mods, mostly weapons with enchanting cause it, when you install save and then uninstall the mod, you will get a ctd on bound sword, one mod for example is the Death Dealer mod, a fix for that would be amazing.

    hey Gopher, doesn't setting your skyrim pref ini to "read only" keep your adjustments?

    Using ModOrganizer gets around the ini reset by using a file that is different from the one in the MyDocs folder. Switching to ModOrganizer would be pretty drastic just for that one workaround, but the program is worth it if you tinker with mods a lot.
