This mod is completely modular so you can pick and choose which spell or power you want to change. This mod is an WIP which means it may have new spell and powers added at any time depending on requests or my basic needs.

Description:

I was tired of not being able to see in the dark and having to recast spells (literally) every minute so i decided to do something about it and change the duration of the powers, spells and scrolls for Candlelight, Magelight and Khajiit Power Night-Eye. I even made a version of Candlelight that turns it into an Power so you never have to equip it to a hand to cast. Perfect for two-handed fighters or people who hate changing spells all the time. I then added increased durations for Flame Cloak, Frost Cloak and Lightning Cloak after seeing someone request it in the comments of another mod. That said, requests for new duration changes are always taken and considered, so don't be afraid to ask.


Only use one duration per spell/power at a time. Enjoy!

Cloak Durations:
2, 3, 5 and 10 minutes

Khajiit Night Eye Durations:
5, 10, 20, 30 and 60 minutes.

Candlelight:
3 Minute Spell with 60 Second Scroll
5 Minute Spell with 2 Minute Scroll
10 Minute Spell with 3 Minute Scroll
20 Minute Spell with 5 Minute Scroll
60 Minute Spell with 10 Minute Scroll

Magelight:
3 Minute Spell with 60 Second Scroll
5 Minute Spell with 2 Minute Scroll
10 Minute Spell with 5 Minute Scroll
20 Minute Spell with 10 Minute Scroll
30 Minute Spell with 10 Minute Scroll

MageFlesh:
10 minute Spell with 60 Second Scroll
30 minute Spell with 60 Second Scroll
60 minute Spell with 60 Second Scroll

I made the scroll durations a lower number just in case you wanted a light source that didn't last quite as long as the spell. Also, please note that these spells only cost the default amount of Magicka Points so no worries about not having enough Magicka to cast them.


Install Info:

1. Place the "imanexample.esp" into your main Skyrim Data folder. The folder where BSA's are located.

Note: Only use *one* duration at a time.

2. Activate the .ESP in your Skyrim Launcher by checking "imanexample.esp".

3. Alternatively, if you don't use your launcher, you can go to Users\Your User Name\AppData\Local\Skyrim\plugins.txt* and add "imanexample.esp" to the list.

*Please note that doing it this way will require you being able to view hidden folders.
