Adds a nice small house (just one medium room, and - sorry - no mannequins... ;) ) for a hunter and adventurer character to the lake north of falkreath.
I made this place because i couldn't find a house (-mod) i REALLY liked (hope that doesn't sound arrogant - most houses are too over the top for my taste).
It's navmeshed, followers will follow in and out.





How to get it:

You need a key, look behind the house...


How to install manually:

Just drop the .esp into the data folder where u installed skyrim.


What it has:
(I know I said I won't make any changes... um... whatever ;) )

- Enough containers. All set to no respawn.
- Alchemy table
- Blacksmith area with all u need
- Archery targets
- Some nice details... I think :)

Last changes:
- I cleaned the mod once again. Actually it was okay before, now it's even cleaner.
- As mentioned, now with smelter and enchanting table
- New lighting and (finally) music inside the house
