In this home is all 3 professions - Aalchemy table, enchanting table, and all black smithing tools!!!! ALL of them!!!
You never have to leave the house to skill up your professions!

Before installing this mod - make sure you are OUT side of the home Hjerim. If you install this mod inside the home and load into the home it will glitch the mannequins.
