Companion Ulfric Stormcloak v1.0
Adds hireling options to the Stormcloak NPC Ulfric in Windhelm.
I haven't thoroughly tested this during the civil war quests, but if you're careful, you should be okay.
Tested against many NPCs and other hirelings and doesn't seem to interfere with any others.
Right now, you just pay him and he'll become a hireling. I'll probably add some better dialog, later.
