Snow Elf Palace
IMPORTANT: You will need to disable borders to get to the Palace, locate your Skyrim.ini in
C:\Users\username\Documents\My Games\Skyrim\Skyrim.ini
And put in the [General] section:
bBorderRegionsEnabled=0
Or use the ini file in the optional files section
Snow Elf themed Palace Located east of Windhelm and past Refugees' Rest (See map in the image section)
Must be purchased for 40,000 gold - Click the sale sign at the main gate
Requires all DLC's
Hearthfire multiple adoptions required to move your family in (Cast the "Bless Home" spell anywhere inside)
