Ok, so through tedious and long days upon days of testing, I came down to this. It is an ENB preset based on ENB 0.119. Yes I know, it's bit of an older version but newer isn't always better. It was the only one I could come up with that didn't smash my FPS and performance but give me what I want, almost. However it did not have any working Depth of Field. I changed that and finally found a working Depth of Field to merge with it.

This preset isn't for those players who want all the bells and whistles of ENB 0.254 but more for people with lower end rigs and those that just want a simplistic ENB enhancement. I had read throughout numerous posts on the web about people who were looking for something like this but could never find one. Well here it is.

I also included the ENB Customizer v2 fixed with a default preset. Feel free to customize your own settings.

Download the required D3D9.dll here as I can not include it in the preset :

Also be sure that bFloatPointRenderTarget= is set to 1 in your skyrimprefs.ini

Make sure the shadows are modified under [Display] in SkyrimPrefs.ini to :

Yes I know the "iMinGrassSize=**" is missing. By pure coincedence I found this out when I reinstalled the game, however the results in my screenshots speak for themselves. Pure and true lush grass at max. I keep a steady 45-55 FPS so I never changed it I just left the field out. I suggest for people with lower end rigs adding in the line iMinGrassSize=40 or iMinGrassSize=60.
