Tweaked to my liking. The atmosphere of the game is mostly unchanged, I only focus on enhancing the look of built-in HDR system by tweaking the light of the game (Using ENB) and make it a little bit more sharp (Using FXAA).
In order to get the exact quality of the screenshot, I highly recommend you to grab any HD texture packs on this site (Depends on your rig). They go really well with FXAA.

NOTE1: If you're using Nvidia then you should enable Ambient Occlusion from Nvidia Control Panel. Otherwise, you have to enable SSAO in Enbseries.ini by yourself, the exact quality is only be assured if you're using Nvidia VGA. Sorry for the inconvenience.
NOTE2: Game looks better with fade range increased to max (By tweaking SkyrimPrefs.ini).
