Why have you done this?
The idea behind this was I wanted lighter leather & dragonbones and had always found it annoying that the Blacksmith's potions were ony 30 seconds, which forces you to try and rush to get your items upgraded.
Some of you will say "why not just download the mods you need of nexus and save time?" It's a good question, the reason was I didn't want to have multiple .esp files when I could have just one that does everything I want.

If there's an item you want to see on the list, feel free to leave a comment & I'll add it if I see it being a reasonable request, I will change it to a weight/duration I think is suitable and wouldn't be game breaking.

INSTALLATION
Pretty much the same procedure as anything else, drop the .esp in your folder in your Skyrim directory and activate it within the Data files on your Launcher.

INCOMPATABILITIES
You've got common sense, if the file you're using is editing the same parameters I've edited in this .esp then it most likely wont work, you could try it however but I will not be responsible if you break your game.
