A high performance ENB combined with SweetFX to create a cool colored look

The main goals of this project was to make an ENB that made a nice cold blue look (think BF3/4, UE4) that had some nice effects with great performance.
And I think I nailed it with V2.
It looks great, and it still performs fantastic. Compared to other modern ENB's, mine nearly has no FPS impact.
You can have nice effects and create a unique look without turning on and maxing out every effect ENB offers.
Incorporated ENBoost (uses version .262), http://enbdev.com/mod_tesskyrim_v0262.htm
All you need is the d3d9.dll.
Uses K ENB as a base, though at this point I've butchered it enough that most of K ENB is gone at this point
Uses Midhrastic's DOF (enbeffectprepass.fx), though I've modified it to save performance while providing a similar look
I've yet to see a DOF for ENB that performs as well as this one, and it looks great. The FPS loss from my first version does not apply here.

All my ENB's use a variation of this palette, it pretty much does half the work.
Added Icelaglace's effect.txt file, and modified it to provide a tapered chromatic aberration and morphing grain without blur and distortion
I personally haven't seen a Skyrim ENB use this yet, strangely. Once you learn to disable the lens distortion effect, it looks great.
Added SweetFX, and I'm sorry to say it's still necessary.
That being said, it works fine on Windows 7, 8, and 10.
This was made with the intention to be used with no cell editing mods. Aka, no CoT, RLO, ect. Though it looks nice with the Summer mod.
