Adds a new shout based on the Fire Breath shout, Yol Toor Shol, using audio of Celestia from My Little Pony:FiM

The shout in action
I was looking for lines that involved fire and for some reason that one stuck out to me but it wasn't enough so I went in search of some good audio to pair with it and in the process decided Celestia was trying to troll me so I decided that would be the audio for the last word. Suggestions are welcome in the comments, even for a mod name since I had nothing better than this.
To install either use the extremely handy Nexus manager or extract the file in the Data folder wherever you installed the game. By default the path is
C::\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\skyrim\Data
In the spirit of shameless self promotion, here's the other other mod I have uploaded so far.
