He will help the player if trouble occours in whiterun only, since he cannot follow the player before you adopt him




To adopt you have to speak to George at the whiterun stables, he will sell 3 spell tomes allowing you to adopt pets (mod from another guy) When you got the spells simpy use it on Rokio and he will be able to follow you. If you dismiss him with the dismiss spell, he will return to whiterun and only fight for you there
