Alchemy overhaul mod

New Alchemy Effects

This mod adds a lot of new effects in ingredients, and re-balances the alchemy.
Most of items will be usable as an ingredient, and they can be converted in alchemy shops.
Crafted potion's weight will be set to 0.1, and all other potions will be 0.1 to 0.5, and all of them are renamed.
Useless effecs such as Damage Magicka/Stamina and all game breaking fortify effects are removed from the ingredients, and crafted potion costs are lowered.
Alchemy shops sell more ingredients and potions, and they sell their regional ingredients more.
(You can buy more fishes in Riften, mushrooms in Falkreath, poisons from the vampire kid.)
Alchemy shops also sells recipes that let you craft vanilla potions and interesting potions such as damage undead.
(You always need a recipe to craft potion at the labs.)

Some perks are tweaked.
Concentrated Poison are able to unlock at 30/50/75. You can apply poisons 2-4times.
Experimenter are able to unlock at 30/35/40.

Alchemy labs are added in most of alchemy shops, and an Anvil is added in Whiterun.
(For the anvil, take right path when you enter Whiterun. It is placed between the main gate and the smelter.)

At the alchemy labs, you can convert items, combine potions and poisons.
At the anvil, you can craft No damage weapons, and explosive arrows.
No damage weapons are cheet tools that cause no damage to npcs, so use this weapon for Frenzy or Blind effects.

Known issues.
DLCS are not supoorted yet.
Ingredients from other mods would conflict with this mod, so try not to use them.(You will get strange effect potions)
This mod slows alchemy levelling.
Some recipes are not showing correct ingredients, because I am lazy to fix.
